Our book tasting was a blast. Students rotated to different tables at Mentink Cafe and sampled books and snacks. Thank you again for all your donations.

The class and Mrs. Mentink are tied in our friendly game of Watch the Mouth. It's a fun way to end our day.

We have a class pet!  We've been anxiously watching a caterpillar get ready to form a chrysalis.

40 Book Challenge Information. Students were given a log to keep track. Ask them where they decided their very important spot to keep it in was (we talked about our important folder that stays at school, take home folder, on the refrigerator, etc). 

We did the evacuation drill today where we walk to the church nearby. It was such a beautiful day for it! Porter is trying to photobomb :)
