Week of 11/1 and 11/7

Molly was our rockstar last week. In addition to the adorable (and at times embarrassing:) video, Molly showed off her guacamole making talent for the class.  It was delicious!!

Mrs. Mentink got a selfie stick for the class!  We are trying it out here!

Mrs. Meier and her class stopped by for some impromptu learning. They were dying to share a finding from their math class.

Thoughtful Thursday. What will you do thoughtful today?

Abi was recognized at MMKO

A few snaps from our election day!

Our teambuilding activity was to unscramble Halloween words and phrases (we didn't get to it last week). It was one of the quietest and most focused activities to date.

A little silliness during our Go Noodle stretch this week.

Simone was our rockstar this past week. It was a great week getting to know her.

These 2 have been so excited to be reading the same book, I saw this during my recess duty :)

Part of our writing bootcamp included playing an ongoing jeopardy game revolving around sentence types.

10/31-11/1

We can't believe it's November already! We are off to a great start.

Our all-star athlete, Halden, was recognized for taking first place in his football tournament.

2 more all-stars, Abi and Trey, finished up a great kickball season!

Two more 4th graders join the wall of fame!
Way to go Austin and Jaden.

Molly is showcasing her life with her 3 special things to get her rockstar week started!

Mrs. Micolichek came in and showed us how to access Ebooks. Students can read books from phones, tablets or computers. Please remind your child of this option!

The 45ers turned into Election Detectives today!!  They were given an official badge they cannot be caught without. In the first 2 pictures below they are proving they are not caught without it. Once we have uncovered all the knowledge of the election, we will work together to run an all school election. Don't forget to dress in red, white and blue on Tuesday!
